I think in the beginning it would be beneficial, especially for those of us who are not in law enforcement, to go over the basic structure of the event... in particular, what contact teams are, RTFs, and some of the acronyms will be... CCP / AEP / CCA and so on. These are things that I picked up on early enough but it would have been helpful on day one.
