The emphasis on practices related incident management (the need for an Incident Commander, ICS terminology and practice, and cooperative work between law, fire, and EMS).

The lectures certainly had value, but would have been more beneficial to me if we had time to dig a little deeper into the concepts being taught.

I would sure like to have every slide included in the student manual (with fonts large enough to see).

The multiple hands on scenarios / simulations provided an atmosphere to experience and work through incidents not commonly encountered and to help form a plan for any encountered in the future.

I can't speak to anything that was least of value.

Not sure how possible it is, but I think it would be great to tailor some of the incidents to actual locations first responders attending the training would be working in and responding to for their own agencies.
