Honestly, all of it. We are so frequently trained to neutralize the threat, but were lacking in rest.

For me personally, I would like to have a week for this course. the information is necessary, but I needed more time and repetition to process it all.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would take this again. More importantly I would like to have our supervisors all attend this training. It should be mandatory.

Give more time to the scenarios starting out. Let students hot wash with instructors in more detail regarding what is expected in the duties of command, tactical command. What to log on marker board.

After taking this course, it is my hope that law enforcement (and other services) have the ability to participate in this type of training. The methods taught here should really be standardized across the country.

I think I need to go back to some basic NIMS and ICS training to be able to implement the course.
