The interactive environment was a close to real life as you can get in this type of training. The instructors were excellent, their abilities all complimented each other. Made the class enjoyable yet professional. The class is unlike any others I have had in my 35 year career.

I have noting negative to say. Maybe could be a little longer, to allow for a little more discussion after the lecture before the exercise or at the hotwash after the exercise, but otherwise, no least valuable.

The concepts that are in place for this training are high level. The principles are best practive and we will work to incorporate in our and neighboring departments.

Seeing the operations play out in person and not just a hypothetical from my position in dispatch.

If the dispatch component were more relied upon. Instead of calltake injects, it would be helpful to have live calls into dispatch to have more of a hands on feel. In some instances I felt kind of helpless, however, that is often the reality so I suppose it is accomplishing just that.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to take a negotiations course to help with my ability to reason on calltake.
