The course was great; the highly capable instructors kept the class engaged and involved in each scenario. The practical exercises combined with the debriefs were key to learning. The only idea for the future would be an integration with 3D Helmet technology when funding presents itself.

The practical exercises were most valuable. My agency is smaller; my exposure to running large-scale, critical incidents is low.

The nuance of the practical exercises. In my local agency and surrounding agencies, the resources do not exist to staff all the specific areas: staging, tactical, etc. We would have a command post, reunification area, and PIO area.

The instructors were all experienced and highly-skilled. Their passion for the subject matter was evident and made the learning experience better.
