The various exercises of increasing complexity tested our abilities the most and was the most valuable. The effort and infrastructure behind the class itself is thorough and impressive.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

The least valuable part is probably the parts where the technology failed. There are some artificialities that the technology could probably prevent, such as dispatch not having much to do as the incident progresses, or the inability of forward operating units using computers to have any kind of face to face communication.

Very well done. Good use of time. Tech can always use improvement to prevent glitches.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would seek additional training in EOC operations and area command to have a more thorough understanding of IMTs, etc.

Once I felt more comfortable with the scenarios, they felt the most valuable.

Some of the power point just because it is not always the "most exciting".

The only issues I felt occurred when I was not able to complete some scenarios due to computer issues and now allowing me in.

Learning these skills in an setting that is more realistic to my agency being small in size with limited resources.
