Scenarios, although realistic, some role plays during the course did not allow me to learn as much as I wanted to from each scenario.

I would like to have seen a screen with dispatch notes regarding information on the calls; I would also have like to have seen a few of the instructors in action for some of the roles so I could get an idea of what was expected prior to taking on the role.

The scenarios were extremely helpful in seeing all aspects. Having dispatchers act as scribes was extremely beneficial on both sides.

This was a fantastic course. Very interactive, VERY well prepared instructors. I had a lot of fun and feel proficient to assist in managing this in the future.

Higher level and continued practice with this. I feel that this is the beginning not the end.

The practical exercises were by far the most impactful to see how much needs to be deconflicted from the event to ensure a proper and timely response.

This is by far the best active shooter training I have ever experienced. This includes training at FLETC, local regional and national training courses across the board.
