The classroom portion and chapter review was GOOD! But it was a bit rushed.

Some of the instruction assumed that students already knew certain terminology, etc. Cover some basics in the beginning a little better perhaps.

Think about adult learning style and use locations that can provide more comfortable seats, the plastic folding chairs made for a long three days, and I found myself at times thinking about my discomfort vs the class content.

Receiving conflicting information from trainers but after asking for clarification got what I needed.

Foot pedals for dispatch computers to more effectively practice, think about need for emergency alerts/drones/etc, get rid of airport headset, fresh expo markers.

The lectures were very interesting, less dispatch applicable, but still good.

This course was more inclusive of dispatch than other courses I have taken, that sad, I think there is still more opportunity to teach dispatchers more about their part of this job.
