Computer sims. The program was a bit hard to navigate with as a non gamer.

Course was great. We had some computer issues, but instructors adapted and did well.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Maintaining relationships, and working with our partners, local LE, State and Fed resources. Having guidelines and policies in place now, will help us be prepared for an event.

Explain the "poker chips" and how they're used before the exercise starts. Extremely frustrating to have instructors running over with dozens of chips with no explanation of how they're working, why there's 3 chips for each Engine Company, etc.

Being able to put into practice what was being taught through the scenarios. It was helpful to go through different scenarios in different positions and see what is needed to be improved.

The computer system had multiple issues causing the scenarios to be slowed down and interrupted the learning. When the computer system was up and running it was very effective.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I will now take this back to my team and apply it when we have smaller incidents and apply it in hopes to be prepared for when the big one happens.
