More time would have been even better just to get a better understanding of the content. But all in all i loved it. All agencies need this training.

The practical exercises were the most valuable because they gave mental repetitions to each participant, while also providing "real world" stress. Additionally, the scenarios provided numerous opportunities for each participant to collaborate with other agency/entities in order to talk situations out and make lasting professional connections.

The table top scenarios were not useful, you should have a more interactive way to be the incident CDR when you do multiple site incidents.

Reunification was probably least valuable for my specific job BUT as a father it was invaluable to learn and prepare.

Add a few repetitions of each simulation. More reps are always helpful. Also, having a packet or handful of resources for us to take back to our respective agencies to help teach others ourselves.
