One valuable thing to bring up would be establishing a team amongst school admin to assist with special needs students that need constant care. This would likely be worth discussion at the end.

I feel that all parts were very useful but if I have to choose in order of least to most useful I would say the powerpoint presentation for IED's.

Clearly defined roles of Tactical, LE Command, Area Command Ect. This information helps with organization of resources during an active attack, which gives order in a chaotic situation.

PIO simulation. This portion was still very helpful and gives me a good experience at that position. However currently in my department there are assigned individuals as PIO and it is not selected from an assigned position at staging.
