Being able to coordinate with other branches such as medical, fire, OEM, etc.

It was difficult to use the computers at times. There were some glitches.

I would suggest looking into making a government contract to see if a gaming company can design the computer course to be more realistic. Make it similar to Call of Duty.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

There is a training, I think it's 3 days, about first-aid. The one where they teach rescue techniques such as tourniquets, bandages, etc. I think it's by FEMA or LU.

Area command--may want to spend a little more time on explaining how staging gets resources after area staging has been set up; it would help to build out that part of the exercises, so area staging tracks resources available vs requested so area command can decide what is needed.
