The most valuable part for me was playing PIO because I am the appointed PIO for my department and don't often get put in stressful positions such as the ones in this class. After taking this class and playing that role several times, I feel prepared to navigate a real situation.

The instructors relayed the need for the paradigm shift to render medical attention into the warm zone. Also the need for medical and Law enforcement to work together in teams.
