Myabe a little more time practicing the computer movements prior to use in a practical scenario. For me, it took me at least 2 scenarios before I became comfortable with movement.

Practical exercises with staging, tactical, and command elements.

I would only say case studies, even though beneficial, was probably the least valuable to me.

When discussing a barricade during an active shooter incident, just make sure to emphasize the difference between a standard barricade (no stimulus and no unknown civilians) and a barricade during an active shooter. Shooter has already demonstrated their willingness to kill versus someone who just barricades.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I think the command and control aspect of these types of incidents is extremely important and can be brushed over in some law enforcement training.
