Constant repetitions in various positions.

Contact teams. I would have liked to spend more time in the tactical or command.

I wouldn't have a fire chief teach the barricaded subject response and leave that to a law enforcement proctor.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would recommend this class to all sergeants, captains and commanders in our agency as a mandatory training because it can be used in a bunch of different incidents.

The best portion of the class was running the events at different command levels. This training gives the unique experience of being able to lead multiple events from a command perspective.

The contact teams provided the least, but this is only because our department trains a lot at this. The contact team training here is still very valuable, but overall I would say its the least out of this class.

I thought this was an excellent course. The only thing that would make it better is if the contact and RTF teams actually were involved in real scenarios, which I understand logistically would be very difficult. The computers are the next best thing. .

Another version of this class would be perfect. More advanced training in active shooter.
