The scenario based portion. It gave practical repetitions and forced us the pay attention to the instructor because we knew we were about to be put on the spot.

When students were stuck in staging with nothing to do for the scenario.

If people are stuck in staging with no real job have them fall in on other groups to observe and stay engaged. Also, try to have every person go to a different section on the scenarios. I only attended staging, RTF, or Contact the entire time and never saw the other areas.

The instructors were very experienced and offered positive where it was needed; I have been to these type of trainings in the past but this group of instructors are by far the best.
