The practical exercises were the best part since all groups were forced to work together and learn from mistakes.

Some of the lecture didn't follow the book. Some of the lecture could have been covered a little more to ensure everyone understood the information.

With not everyone having been to the Basic course some of the verbiage should have been covered more at the beginning. Not everyone knew what an RTF was or who the triage and transport supervisors may have been. Some more discussion about the tactical, triage, and transport supervisor may have helped at the beginning.

Doing the training live with real moving personnel.

All of the information was valuable, especially since I am in Public Preparedness with the Health Department and may need to provide this at the EOC. The environment was very welcoming form the students and instructors, even though I am not LE etc. The instructors gave great coaching and I thoroughly enjoyed everything!.
