I understand that it is taught to a general audience, but the ability to change the training based on how the local agencies operate would be helpful. Not every EMS agency is run by fire and comms are often seperate.

Working with partner agencies and having those conversations. Some of these conversations haven't been done since before Covid-19.

It was all good.

Possibly look at rotation of staff. I didn't get an opportunity to be in a command position and I think that would have been a benefit. I know some staff wanted more hands on time but spent a lot at the command post.

As a single role medic, my participation in a real life event will be largely confined to transporting patients, however, experience in all other areas enhances my understanding of the management structure.

I traveled a sizable distance to participate, and I see lots of great ideas being discussed, that may never reach my local EM admin's eyes.
