Mostly everything in this course provided a level of training and knowledge that i did not have prior.

Involving dispatch more and having more real life incidents - more phone calls to dispatch as if we were actually working a regular shift.

Continuing more active shooter training to become more of a valuable assest during a critical incident.

I got the most out of doing the practical , hand's on part with dispatch. This was a great class and I had a lot of fun learning.
