The real time computer aided scenarios provided the most realistic and applicable training of any FEMA class I have ever attended.

None! The entire course was excelent.

This course was the first FEMA/NIMS type course I have ever taken that accurately and effectively utilized the dispatch component of incident command with real time actionable exercises. This should be a mandatory class for all emergency services.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to see all incident command type classes done in this format with the computer aided scenario simulations.

Practical exercises. In a small agency, I don't often have the opportunity to simulate large-scale management for active shooter events. We practice the response, but often not the management. This training was very helpful.
