The table top lessons. I just don't learn in this manner.

Maybe spend a small amount of time explaining what each position is and what their expected tasks should be. I felt that I was expected to already know what each acronym meant and what their responsibilities are. I've never been command on anything so I didn't know what my responsibilities were until well into the course.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

A more pin point focus on each position for a longer amount of time.

Operations of the command staff and staging keeping resources available while assigning resources to an active event has given me a better understanding of the leadership positions in all agencies.

I believe everything learned in this course was valuable. Some didnt apply to me specifically due to me working for fire, but it definitely applied to helping me understand the roles of my fellow responders.

I think everything was great. This is the best and most detailed class I have taken.
