None. This is by far the best crisis response course I have ever attended. The integration of incident command and practical exercises only enhanced the learning experience. Kudos to the instructors who did a great job leading and teaching.

Middle command and RTFs I am a floor guy with years to go before I am in a leadership position. However being the most senior medic on my shift I can easily see myself in a position like Triage and Transport.

Medical as part of the Command squad. I have years to decades before I become a IC. Felt really out of my element but it was a good first taste of being a higher up I suppose.

ENSURE EVERYONE HAS AN EQUAL PORTION OF COMMAND EXPERIENCE SO THAT WE CAN ALL LEARN HOW TO DO INCIDENT COMMAND, AREA COMMAND, INTEL, AND TACTICAL. i ONLY HAD THE CHANCE TO DO LEO BRANCH AND NOTHING ELSE OTHER THAN THE OFFICER ROLE.

PER340 AND ANYTHING ELSE HAVING TO DO WITH THE COMMAND PORTION OF COMPLEX AND COORDINATED ATTACKS, BOMB AND TERRORIST PREVENTION, AND MASS CAUSALTY EVENTS THAT INVOLVE MUTUAL AID AND COLLABORATION. ANY ICS COURSES THAT HAVE ACTIVE APPLICATIONS.
