Hands on learning was great, walking thru situations and having a chance to do the tasks in a scenerio made it come together. I also like that the instructors had personal stories to relate to the topics.

The practical was the most important. Being a hands on learner it was a valuable experience for me to analize my own weaknesses in the practice of learned items in order to build from there. The instructors did a phenomenal job at assisting me when I was "stuck" and made the incident seam more transparent.
