In 18 years in the business this is the most squared away instructor group I have worked with. Laminated maps would be a good addition.

I benefitted from every aspect. enjoyed the relaxed ad warm atmosphere to learn and make mistakes.

Would suggest including some media problems in scenarios. Media breaching perimeters, harassing perimeter law enforcement, etc. Also preparing for the arrival of dignitaries to put some extra stress and pressure.

Anything PIO to help increase my effectiveness as a help to first responders.
