The inter agency coop encouragement. It is apparent this focus of potential real life incidents is vital with working with area agencies in advance to better prepare.

Nothing occurred i would consider least valuable. All aspects of this training was important knowledge to touch on to obtain a basic knowledge.

I would suggest making this course a four day course, with day one focusing on the virtual navigation and capacities to allow more smooth navigation during the scenarios. I would also like to have had more in depth real life after action case summaries to provide an overview to start building student knowledge.

Public information and resource management classes.

The practical exercises. Law enforcement typically does understand ICS as much. Practice and repetition is the only thing that seems to help.
