One of the best incident management courses, I have ever attended. Being able to see all the moving parts and be apart of each one, was in valuable and helps me understand while performing on as boots on the ground.

Most in-depth simulation I have ever had.

I appreciate getting opportunities to do things I don't normally get to do (scribe for command, be a comms person) but I didn't get any reps at the job I would most likely get (initial EMS supervisor for triage/treatment).

The first day button class on the sim- add in the how to for treatment and applying triage categories, how to load into an ambulance and where to transport. Didn't get that until real sim started.
