The scenarios, actually playing out and putting our skills to the test was the most valuable.

Only because I have had ICS 300 and 400, the ICS system explanation was the least valuable to me specifically.

I think having a requirement of at least ICS 100 and 200, and recommended 300 and 400 would be a great help to the class members who have not been introduced to ICS.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Well, I think we need to spread this kind of training and get buy in from other organizations that were not present to start applying what we have learned before an incident happens. Cooperative training with our agencies in our territory.

Being able to see the ICS components play out instead of just reading and learning that way.

I am currently in a position where I would be on an ambulance during one of these events, so while this was great knowledge, I wont be using it any where in the near future.

This course was a great learning opportunity even though I am not in a position to use the knowledge. I will be transporting victims before I will be in a position to help run the different areas.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to be able to have more hands on RTF/Hot Zone EMS training to go with this course knowledge.
