Being able to see what law enforcement, fire and ems do. We usually dont get to see what they are doing we only get to hear what they share. It was an eye opener for me to see why ems requests mutual aid.

Once the scenarios started fire and law enforcement had little to no communication with dispatch. I would have liked to see more communication with dispatch.

Understanding and managing active shooter events from a strategic perspective as opposed to a tactical one (ASIM versus TECC/TCCC).

I would suggest the incorporation of VR technologies in simulations. I think the learning curve of how to perform in the simulator would be shorter if these technologies were implemented.
