I felt the talking points regarding things to be aware of during an incident was the most useful. As a dispatcher it helps me to understand what may happen at an active shooter incident.

Multi-level and complex approach to the training. This format really takes ICS to a different levels and exposes students to multiple disciplines within ICS.

I felt like the computer rotations were off. I was mostly assigned to contact teams and RTFs and seldom assigned to staff positions (staging, tactical, command). I would have like more time in those positions.

I believe additional scenarios were written out because of the weather. However, more scenarios would have been helpful.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to attend MACTAC from LVMPD and more table-top exercises.
