Overall I enjoyed this class and the instruction. I believe it is a great way to promote agency agreement into practical applications. It also promotes cross training at the command level with Fire/EMS and Police. Something we do not do enough of.

Practical scenario training with other LE agencies and FIRE/EMS.

I would like to see, even if brief, more real event breakdowns (debriefs) of how they were handled to include good and bad decisions.

I think this exact course should be completed by police supervision and done every other year at least.

I think this was a great course, and I don't think I could make impovements as the course is very steamlined and well thoughtout already.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

We will all need additional continuing education courses. I would enjoy a class which consisted of post incident critiques and analysis to learn what other lessons agencies have developed.

The section on reunification was very eye opening. My agency has not prepared enough for this, we will be actively working on setting up a process to follow utilizing this course content.

The concept of triage and transport making very important strategic decisions does not meet the Southern Nevada policies.
