I took the least amount of information from the module that followed lunch on the first day.

The instructors were very knowledgeable about the course content as it pertained to country wide application. It would be nice to have a representative from local or state agencies to show how it applies to local law and practice.

Functions in the simulator such as ambulance driver, but it was necessary for me to do it to enhance the learning experience of others.

More involvement for the dispatchers group would be helpful - perhaps a dispatch panel simulator.

This class it not dispatch-oriented in terms of training and operation. It is very informative and engaging, but definitely more suited for police and fire/ems.
