I enjoyed all aspects. I would have loved a chance to watch the RTF teams on the virtual computers.

Our local Dispatch center . As the training officer I need to work on a training for procedures of Active shooter events. Its not IF its when it happens.

This information was very helpful and enhanced the previous knowledge I had regarding active shooter incidents.

The instructors need new mics, they kept dying and creating problems for them. The radios while accurate to real life could be a little better.

The interactive computers. The microphones kept shorting out.

Expand the responsibilities for the dispatch area. Dispatchers were never introduced to the equipment being used by the FD and LE. We learn more when we understand what our members need.

Need new microphones, had issues over the 3 days. Also on the IED simulation at the airport (1st sim on 3rd day), FD response would be to go to the scene where the car ran over people. not set up staging. If something changes, then response would change.
