The PIO section seems to be the part that least pertains to Dispatch.

Dispatch needs to be utilized more. We learned the basics of the other units but could be given extra responsibilities during the practical portion.

I see the need to get training in dealing with a Hostage situation or Negotiations.

Rushed debriefs.

Having more spots for more people to participate. instructor led debriefs took away from the students - they weren't always accurate and students learn more from giving and hearing debriefs - each time felt rushed...but so important.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Taking back to agency and practice practice practice. IEDs and negotiations would be helpful to expand on this knowledge.
