Being a part of the command roles is something that I haven't practice with my home agency, but will be doing more of. The experience was great and very helpful in those regards.

Need to separate some of the work stations to make it more real life. By seperating you stop people from just leaning over and talking. It will also help the radio issues as you are not stepping on each other.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Inter agency training and overall inner agency training on MCI and active threat situations. Incorporating the SWAT medics in as they do not fall under the RTFs.

The multiple practical evolutions were extremely valuable. They allowed us to practice in multiple roles.
