I did prefer the mouse that was used the first day. With a little greater explanation at the beginning, I think most people would prefer it.

Would like more opportunities to perform the command functions, less performing the RTF function.

AS A FIRE DISPATCHER, THE COURSE DIDNT OFFER MUCH KNOWLEDGE AS IT PERTAINS TO FIRE DIS[PATCH. WISH THERE WAS A FIRE RELATED TRAINING COURSE LIKE THIS.

THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE FIRE-RELATED INCIDENTS. AS A DISPATCHER, ONCE WE DISPATCHED THE INITIAL RESPONSE, THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE TO DO EXCEPT WAIT FOR A REQUEST FOR ADDL EQUIPMENT. PERHAPS THERE COULD BE SCENARIOS WHICH CALLED FOR A HUGE RESPONSE FROM FIRE, AS WELL AS POLICE.
