Putting together the staging and tactical levels for the contact and RTF details.

The incident command portion, only because in my duty position (training instructor) it is not something I will be expected to do.

I liked the technology used for the scenarios, but if there was a way to utilize VR technology vs laptops, it would make it easier for most people to work with.

Great training overall! Truly understanding the value of integrating LE & Fire, having a staging area, and experiencing the effectiveness was powerful!.

The first day, it was not clear what was going on with the radio and the checklist. I didn't think that was worthwhile.

I think it would have been helpful to give a big picture understanding of what was going to happen for all three days. I may have missed something, but was not clear about it until later in the day. Would have liked to know more at the beginning.

Doing more of these types of exercises with partners. A full-scale is planned, which is a great next step!.
