As a dispatcher actually participating and learning how these events should go was phenomenal. Most dispatch training is not interactive so is easily forgotten.

Powerpoints, only because you can only learn so much from a powerpoint.

Base exercises off the area (city/county/states) instead of areas they're not near (seaport exercise for a landlocked location?).

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to see a huricane or tornado exercise that involves multiple agencies and resources. This is a large scale event, that doesn't involve shootings but does involve possible looting and security needs.
