The hands on experiences because that is how i learn and it was very engaging and full of great information.

I thought this class was awesome and I loved how we immediately got into hands-on exercises instead of just listening to lectures. The split of lectures and exercises was perfect.

Anything involving emergency management. It is my field of study.

The practical portions - able to walk through various roles not normally performed. This helps with appreciating the whole process.
