The portion on hostage situations was not particularly applicable to Fire/EMS providers.

Please try to remain more neutral toward the press. They don't have an easy job and they're not the enemy. Here in Annapolis, our press went through this horrible scenario last year. Try to remember that they are trying to inform the public and don't make them look like the enemy.

Additional software/Computers. Because the incidents were vast it would be nice to have a class double the size with the resources instead of ghosting units. Also Utilizing more than one classroom if available to set the contact teams, rtfs in seperate areas from the actual IC areas.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Basic tactical for fire department would be beneficial.

The practyical excercises were the best part of the training.

The multiple incident table top... I would recommend making that either a simulation excercise or a full class discussion.

Great course and the instructors made the work enjoyable but educational at the same time... All of the practical excercises were very helpful as well.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Perhaps a live full scale mock operation with FD and PD working together at a site with volunteer actors/role players etc.

Realistic, on the Incident of a Vehicle that Crashed into the Airport, this would be a single unit type of MVC incident. Contact Teams would not have been dispatched first. Keep it real!.
