There wasn't really much fleshed out or evaluated for dispatchers.

The dispatch portion of this could be better developed to be more valuable for dispatchers.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I want to do more outside training and more things in the field, coordinating with other agencies and first responders. It was a great learning experience and the instructors were so amazing! I liked that dispatchers were included in other areas of the scenarios.

Instructors were great. The multi-agency approach was very helpful.

The charts were difficult to interpret, especially if color was used as the contrast (the text is B&W).

The stats seemed all derived from a two-year term when we've been having these going on 30 years.

We need to collab soon as agencies, work out how we'll integrate this, and start drilling that at lower levels.
