The course more than exceeded my expectations and in today's climate, this should be a mandatory 3 day course for all management officials with firt responder responsibilities. Best training I've done.

Scenario based training. Participaing in scenario events enhances retention of knowledge and increases learning.

The computer simulations, while enhancing, made it diffucult to concentrate on the evolving scenario. Too much time and effort was used to master the computer on a continuing basis.

The course outlined what needs to happen when such events take place such as First LE on scene etc. This is helpful becuase it puts into perspective who has what duty.

The medical portion of the course. This was not as useful because I have no experience with anythign medical.

I think that it was important to have dispatchers train with LE and FD.
