Due to the size of our agency there were some positions that just couldn't happen because we wouldn't have enough people.

I enjoyed listening to the instructors. if time/money allowed for guest speakers who first hand were involved.

Continue expanding our active shooter training and force our officers to utilize the radios.

New concepts and reinforcement of how staging speeds up response.

Some of the info on IED was short and could be an entire day or week long course. In a few minutes just a few very good takeaways were presented.

Perhaps 10-15 minutes on a few more actual responses and the lessons learned.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Communications remains a major problem for a real world response perhaps a workshop on using our current communications networks at different levels and how they could be integrated.

Driving and transporting in the ambulances. It would be better to simulate it and allow the participant to be involved in other areas.

The course was excellent. However, I feel it did drift from the consistency of NIMS.
