I enjoyed this training as it was very interactive and allowed me to understand what the needs of the responders are in the field. I enjoyed as a dispatcher feeling like we are apart of the whole training section as opposed to being left out on the side. It was nice to be able to see it all work out together in one room.

This course is one of the best ICS courses I have taken. De-mystifies the active shooter task list for command officers from the FD. Outstanding course and cadre.

The interaction between Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and Dispatchers. The reason I believe this to be true is the fact in these types of incidents all disciplines will be involoved.

Sometimes the simulators bogged us down just trying to figure out how to use them.

I would like to see one designated person at the casualty collection point to oversee and organize.

Ongoing training and bringing the information to the rest of the region. The training was fantastic. I don't want it to go to waste. We need to get everyone on board.
