In learning the different positions, teams, etc., this allowed us all to see the big picture of what other groups are doing. This taught us to stay in our lanes and focus on those areas that we actually had control over. I also appreciate the instructors ensuring that non-LE and non-Fire still got learning from the class and adapting the scenarios to fit our operation.

I can't really think of an area I thought that wasn't valuable.

I think ensuring a mix of response agencies, personnel, and disciplines to ensure that interaction and learning. Recommend having personnel with EOC/ county/ city level experience to lend that viewpoint.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Taking the basic concepts of the incident management and expanding that for other events/incidents that may occur in our jurisdiction.
