I apprecitated the repition. We would be taught something then immediately applied it in a scenario. And the scenarios continued to build on the basics.

I dont think the table top situation was very valuable. It was hard to determine what the goal of that scenario was.

The integration of police fire and ems field units. We don't often get opportunities to train together for critical events such as these. It is a great bridge for public safety emploees to come together and understand the importance of each others roles.

I appreciate the inclusion of dispatchers in this course and the fact that they are involved in every module and scenario.

I think it would be good to put a bit more emphasis on the amount of trust Fire puts in to LE as a part of an RTF. Fire responders need to go in to situation with a focus on patients, so really need good communication and confidence in LE members of team to achieve that goal.

Internal local discussions about what components would best fit our structure and how to create a response approach that fits our agencies, geography, medical resources and community dynamics.
