The use of computer simulation of events and use of rescoures.

There as no part least valuable. The whole course was valuable.

The computer simulation could be improved. The menu screen should face the user no matter how they approached the victim/survivor. The completion of some tasks should more realistic.

The video game part was a smart addition. Unfortunately, I get motion sickness so I had a rough time with it.

I think a retraining on this in (no more than) 2 years would be a good idea.

The hands on learning scenarios, not only did it give us a visual representation of a active scene but it helped bring multi jurisdictional agencies together to work as one unit.

There were chapters in the curriculum that I felt were most targeted towards law enforcement that did not meet needs of dispatchers.

I think the length of this course is great specifically with regard to peoples schedule, however, it could absolutely be longer and include more scenarios.
