How important setting up staging/triage is early in the incident.

Practicals were very repetative for Fire/EMS because active shooting incidents are very police oriented, with Fire/EMS worrying mostly about patient transport.

The exercises. I learn by doing and having multiple execises helped pound the point in to my brain.

Would love to have more excerises, but with 24 hours I believe we got as much as we could.

Possible more overloading in the dispatch center Where we have to handle more then what we usually do.
