Instructor Knowledge, course materials, reinforced through computer simulation.

Keep upgrading the computer simlation, were some bugs, but the instructors quickly resolved them to keep the training moving forward.

Concepts of Transporting patient directly from the scene and not utilize a separate triage area unless the incident dictates the need.

As an EMS provider, the Law Enforcement components were nice to know, but some were not necessary. However, having the course structured as it was, demostrates the necessity of a cohesive working relationship between fire, EMS and PD.
