BETTER RADIOS !!! (From A Dispatcher's Perspective). I know it won;t be cost effective to get $2,000.00 Motorolas in here but the current ones had some issues.

The simulators scenarios could be used less, with more slower paced table top lessons. More of a crawl walk run approach.
