This is a great class that I will recommend to others. The format of the class with all of the technology and scenarios will benefit all LE/EMS/Fire.

Seeing the data was a huge benefit to show where we started and ended.

This was the 2nd Active Shooter class that i have attended. the first class was put on by LSU and it had the benefit of providing hands on tactical training. This class had the benefit of allowing larger scale operations along with data for feedback.

Continued classes related to incident management.

As a new team member of Owassos Tactical Dispatch Team, this class teaches extremely valuable information and teaches you how to apply it in real scenarios within your own agency.

It would be great to add more tasks for the Dispatchers to work during scenarios. (To make the scenarios fit more true to life duties for a Dispatch Center during these type of events).
